Graham B. Stead is a Professor of Education at the Levin College of Public Affairs and Education at Cleveland State University, Cleveland Ohio USA. He is a core faculty member of the Counselling Psychology Ph.D. program. Formerly a Psychology Professor at Vista University and the University of Port Elizabeth, he is currently on the editorial boards of the Journal of Career Development, the Journal of Psychology in Africa, and the International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance.
Mark B. Watson is an Emeritus Professor at the Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, an Honorary Professor at The University of Queensland, and a former Research Fellow at the University of Warwick. He was the 2021 recipient of an international award for distinguished contributions to vocational designing and career counselling. Prof. Watson researches in the field of career development, counselling and assessment and has published in international journals, co-authored several career psychology books, contributed chapters to international career books, and is a co-developer of an international qualitative career assessment instrument. Prof. Watson is on the editorial board of several international career journals.
